As you all know yoga has been a special addition to Intuitions that I have always dreamed of incorporating. This move has finally made all of these opportunities for you and our instructors come true. I have so many hopes and dreams that this yoga space will create a certain awakening in all of us, especially our kids.
Vinyasa Flow. During this fluid class you will flow through a sequence of postures with an emphasis on connecting one breath to each movement creating a union of the mind, body, and soul. The sequencing will also help strengthen your flexibility and balance that you can carry with you off of your mat and into daily life. Music will carry you through this practice as well.
Kundalini, as taught by Yogi Bhajan
Kundalini yoga is a yogic discipline designed for self transformation, with focus on the endocrine system. We incorporate postures, breath work, chanting, & meditation throughout class. Each class is different and designed for all levels of practice.
Gentle yoga, with focus on yin & meditation~
Begin your day by refocusing your body and mind. Each class will incorporate elements of yin, gentle movement, and meditation. Come relax, restore, and prepare yourself for your day

Kid Yoga – Ages 6-10 and 2 kids allowed per parent. If you schedule a massage that evening your child is $5 pre head and if you just want to run errands they are $8 per head.
