Saudy Carrera is a licensed Acupuncturist and Practioner of Chinese Herbal Medicine. She obtained her Master’s degree in Oriental Medicine from Emperor’s College in Santa Monica, California and is nationally board certified by the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM). Saudy has a passion for helping her patients achieve a balanced lifestyle. She has worked with patients dealing with depression, anxiety, fatigue, sports injuries, digestive issues, back, neck, jaw and shoulder pain, pelvic floor pain, migraines and headaches, menopause and peri-menopause symptoms, menstrual issues, PMS and hormonal and metabolic imbalances.
Saudy takes a holistic approach to healing. She does not focus on just the physical health problem a patient may experience, but works with her patient to understand imbalances in the body and to address and treat the mind, body, and spirit so the entire body heals. This broad approach to healing the entire person aims to help patients achieve a healthier lifestsyle and feel happier overall.
